Please note that we are on Pacific Standard Time.  We are a very small organization and phone is manned infrequently.   We do return all calls.  The machine only accepts one minute recording.  If necessary to leave a message, please speak clearly and slowly.

All mail is answered in the order received.  Most are answered in the few days.  Some weeks it gets busy for no reason and it takes a little longer.  If you do not hear from us within a week - by all means please do send us a second email and/or leave a message on the answering machine.
